Conceived as an integrated and sustainable urban community, the masterplan combines link houses, high-rise residential towers, commercial shop offices, a banquet hall, and restaurant precincts within a cohesive and well-connected environment. The planning strategy emphasizes walkability, balanced land use, and vibrant public spaces that encourage social interaction while supporting future urban growth.
